- Humus Bistrot: In the neighborhood of Monti, very close to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, is this bar-restaurant, very prominent for being a specialist in humus.
We ask for a tasting for 15 euros, really good, plus a tartar di manzo, water plus two express for 39 euros.
