Most of us began to travel the world enjoying small escapes that injected us with that traveling virus that is very difficult, if not impossible, to get rid of. After those days knowing worldWe probably began to think and make longer trips, wishing that each of them lasted much longer, even that it had no end date. And that's when many of us begin to think about the possibility of fulfilling the dream of making some of those trips that only appear in the books. The Trans-Siberian

One of the 10 legendary trips most eager for any traveler and one of us, we have more desire to do: the Trans-Siberian. A 9,288 km train route that goes from Moscow to the city of Vladivostok, near the Pacific Ocean. In this great route we can connect with two other great traveling dreams: the Trans-Christian and the Trans-Mongolian.

The Transmanchurian makes the same route as the Trans-Siberian to Társkaya and ends in Beijing, while the Trans-Mongolian coincides with the Trans-Siberian to Ulan Ude and ends in the Chinese city of Jining.
It takes seven days of train to cross all of Russia, but who says that this journey cannot be done much more calmly, enjoying intermediate stops, such as the incredible Lake Baikal, if you have more than 3 weeks?

One of the most mythical routes in the world. Originally it went from the city of Chicago to Los Angeles, on a 3,939 km route that crossed 8 states of the United States. The built highways caused this route to be abandoned and today it has become an icon of both the United States and the world, being traveled by many tourists.
In the trip through the western United States that we did a few years ago we were able to travel a small section of this incredible route 66 between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. After the experience, we are clear that we will return to complete it. What we are not so clear about is whether we will do it on a convertible Mustang or a Harley.


The road to Santiago

Another of the world's best known trips or routes is the Santiago's road.This consists of several walking routes to reach the city of Santiago de Compostela, emulating the journey made by pilgrims from all over the world to venerate the relics of the apostle Santiago the Elder. This route was very busy during the Middle Ages, but later it was forgotten, until a few years ago it returned with a great boom by pilgrims and tourists who make it annually. There are several routes to do it, leaving many of them from the neighboring country, France.

The French Way, which connects Saint Jean de Pied de Port with Santiago de Compostela is the most important and popular and consists of 31 stages and 775 km. If you dare with any of these routes, you will find many hostels on the itinerary to rest and regain strength.

Some of its most mythical stops are in Uzbekistan, such as Khiva, Samarkand or Bukhara.

Although today there are many options and prices, you can consider a route in the Orient Express that goes from less than a day, such as Venice-Rome or Paris-London, to the mythical journey between Paris and Istanbul, which lasts a week.

There are many ways to get to Machu Picchu but the most special is undoubtedly the Inca Trail. Starting from the city of Cuzco, it travels 43 kilometers until it reaches one of the seven wonders of the world, Macchu Picchu. During the 4 days that the journey can last you can enjoy incredible passages, stone steps of the Inca era and ruins until you reach the Puerta del Sol and enjoy the best views of Machu Picchu, when the sun begins to appear.
Although we would have liked to do it on our trip to Peru, the lack of time and preparation made us leave it for the next time we go to Peru and thus have a great reason to return to one of the most fascinating countries we know.

The Amazon River

One of every traveler's dreams is navigate the amazon river and enjoy its wildest nature. Not surprisingly, we cannot forget that the world's largest and most incredible jungle surrounds it.
Although several parts of the Amazon can be traveled, the most famous and long route is the one that Francisco de Orellana made in 1542 and that goes from the Andes to the Atlantic. On our trip to Peru we were able to tour a small part of the Amazon, in the Iquitos area and we can really confirm that it was one of the things we will remember most about this trip.

The Hippie Route

The Hippie route or trail It is a route that became famous with the hippie movement of the late 1950s. It began in cities like London or Amsterdam, then passed through Istanbul and ended in places as variable as Delhi, Varanasi, Goa, Kathmandu or Bangkok.
This route was done on all types of low cost transportation, from vans, to trains, hitchhiking or any type of public transport that was economical. Travelers, especially Westerners and Americans, were exchanging information as they followed the route over prominent places, from hotels to restaurants ... thus creating one of the legendary trips that more than one is willing to travel.

What traveler has never dreamed of going around the world?
