Every year, when the good weather starts and the day starts to lengthen, we try to make some weekend getaway to Cadaqués a fishing village, in the Costa Brava that offers us the tranquility and calm that the city where we live loses with the arrival of good weather.

Cadaqués

This escape has been a tradition for years, whatever happens, we try to comply.
It is two days that we lose ourselves among these cobbled streets, to the shelter of the white houses that whisper in our ears that the tranquility will be found between them.
They are two days in which we do not dedicate ourselves to anything other than resting and tasting the local cuisine.

Getaway to Cadaqués

They are two days in which, from time to time we connect to the internet and look sideways at the weather page and confirm that there is not only the Costa Brava.
Although it is one of our corners in the world, this time has come to take a small leap, looking for another coast to discover.
This year we have already decided that we will look for those days of rest and relaxation in the Costa del Sol.
Surely in those 161 kilometers of coastline that it covers, we will find our corner on the Costa del Sol where we can confirm that it is also possible to relax and enjoy in one of the most tourist areas of the peninsula.
We want to enjoy that "microclimate" that gives stable temperatures during almost the whole year and gets 300 days of sunshine.
We look forward to enjoying those magnificent beaches that we have seen so many times in photos.
We have special interest in knowing some of the most named attractions, such as The Balcony of Europe in Nerja, The Arab Baths of Ronda, Marbella Old Town, Malaga Cathedral, The Nerja Caves
There are so many things we want to know that we are going to need more than one weekend.
This year it is clear that we will look for shelter there ...
