Today, although it is our last day in India We wanted to get up soon to take advantage of it and get to know the Delhi Species Market.
We collect everything and leave it ready to download it to the reception of the Hotel Godwin Deluxe and we will have breakfast.
There we meet a couple with their 2 children who have marked us deeply on this trip to India.
They are the example of courage, courage, naturalness ... many things that would not fit in this travel diary to India and that maybe one day we will count.
They are such people who leave a deep trail, despite agreeing with them only a few minutes. And on this trip it has happened to us on several occasions.

In the same door of Delhi hotel We stopped a rickshaw and managed to haggle (aided by security) up to 100 rupees to take us to the species market.
As soon as he leaves, he tells us that he knows another market, that if he cannot enter it because the streets are very narrow ... etc.
In a few seconds we see that he wants to scam us and that's how it has been! In 5 minutes he has given us 5 laps and we no longer knew where we were. He called an autorickshaw and told us that better with him ... but of course, we had to pay 50 rupees for the piece that had taken us.

For not arguing we have given it to him, but as soon as we get on the “bike” we have seen that he had left us again at the hotel door !! And we hadn't even noticed.

After a good time in which we do not stop walking and look from side to side hallucinating with everything we see, we begin to notice that our throat is irritating. It is normal… the species They have very good smells, but also very strong ones.

It takes us to reach the area where we can take transportation in New Delhi little more than 30 minutes, why can't we stop stopping again to take pictures and keep all the images we see.
We are lucky and we take one that will take us to the square for 120 rupees ... we have not wanted to haggle too much!

And we are not going to lie… our last meal in India has been… in a McDonals !!

After eating and resting for a while, we have gone to a cafeteria that had been recommended to us and it also appears in the guide of India to have dessert ... a cafelito with ice and another ice cream !!
We stayed in Ginger 's a good time, at a table next to the window, where we see life go by ... this time as if it were not with us ...

It's already after 3 in the afternoon and we go to the stores we have aimed to buy 4 things that we need to give away.
In the end we have to enter a pair to find what we are looking for, but we end up getting it.
And above we go with the desire to buy a sandalwood figure ... But it will not be ... we have looked at prices and a 10 cm figurine counts 500 euros to change! Of course, the size is perfect and the smell is heart attack ... again it will be !!
At the end of the shopping we see that it is after 5 in the afternoon and we decided to go to the Godwin Deluxe Hotel to rest for a while in the room they leave us and wait until 9 that Mahendra comes to pick us up to go to dinner.
With such a coincidence that we met at the reception with that couple and those two children who this morning have left us a smile all day.
And with them we spent our last 4 hours in India before we went to dinner.
It will have been coincidence ... or not?
I think so ... This has been our best farewell to India !!

At 9 and shortly Mahendra arrives and with him we will have dinner at the restaurant Delhi hotel.
This time we let him host and ask for everything he wants ... and we put on his boots !! How good is everything !!
It was clear that we could not say goodbye to India with a McMajarahá !! Hahaha
We have been talking about our trip until almost 11 at night, about the things we would do when we got home ...
There have been times when we tried to forget that this was over ... but it is quite impossible. The shadow of the farewell we already notice it behind us!
And so we have gone to the airport. Looking out the car windows the city ofDelhi who never sleeps and trying to photograph everything we see, this time without a camera, only with our eyes.

We arrive at the airport at 11 o'clock and after saying goodbye to Mahendra we make all the arrangements and go to the boarding gate. We bought a few sweets with the last rupees we have left and before we know it we are boarding the plane that will take us back home ...
This is over ... Incredible India!!!
A dream that has already come true !!
A dream that has ceased to be an experience. Without a doubt, a trip that has cut us off and that has marked a before and after ... India ... Surely we will see each other again !!
