The cheapest way to go from Krakow airport to downtown is to take lines 208, 252 and 902 (night) bus that will leave you in the city center in 45 minutes for 4.60 PLN (about one euro).
Line 208 has an exit frequency of one hour and leaves you at the Krakow Central Train Station (Kraków Glówny), located 15 minutes walk from the Market Square.
Line 252 departs every 20 minutes and leaves you at the Krakow Congress Center ICE, 15 minutes from Krakow Castle and the night bus runs from 11:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and leaves you at Kraków Glówny station .

You can buy tickets at the automatic machines of the airport or on the same bus.

Transfer from Krakow airport to the center by train

The fastest way to go from Krakow airport to the city center is to take the train that takes 18 minutes and leaves for about 9 PLN (about two euros) or 16 PLN, if you buy round trip.
This train that leaves every 30 minutes from the airport and operates from 04h to 23h, will leave you at Kraków Glówny station, located near the Barbican.
